Stevn Technologies AB has entered into a strategic collaboration with AppSens AS, the Norwegian company behind ECG247, with the aim of expanding access to innovative cardiac rhythm monitoring in Denmark and Finland.
Through this collaboration, Stevn Technologies AB will represent ECG247 across selected healthcare segments, with a particular focus on hospitals, hospital-at-home, home care and elderly care. This creates a strong foundation for supporting both traditional hospital-based care pathways and more decentralised models of care.

Why early detection of atrial fibrillation matters
Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmias and remains significantly underdiagnosed. Many patients live with the condition without knowing it, increasing the risk of serious complications such as stroke, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases.
Early detection is therefore critical. With better and more accessible monitoring, it becomes possible to identify patients earlier, improve care pathways, reduce preventable hospital admissions and support more cost-effective care delivery.
What ECG247 offers
Continuous and patient-friendly monitoring
ECG247 is a CE-certified medical solution developed for continuous and user-friendly monitoring of cardiac rhythm. The solution consists of a reusable sensor with a lifespan of up to 3–5 years, used in combination with a single-use ECG247 patch that ensures comfortable and stable attachment to the patient’s skin. Data is continuously collected and transmitted to a cloud-based platform, enabling efficient data analysis and clinical decision support.

The design enables continuous 24/7 monitoring over several days – typically 3–7 days – without disrupting the patient’s daily life. This makes the solution relevant both in hospital settings and in more decentralised care models.
