FlexCare CMS was developed in close collaboration with hospital staff to guarantee that it operates easily, intuitively, and flexibly for healthcare professionals.
With FlexCare CMS, staff ensures that patients have seamless access to essential information right at their bedside. This includes diet orders, messages, rehabilitation videos, entertainment options, and tools to maintain social connections outside the hospital facility.
Integration to existing customer systems
FlexCare offers seamless integration with the treatment, registration systems, and apps already in use by hospitals. By doing so, FlexCare becomes the central communication platform for all parties, catering to patients of all ages—from children to the elderly—who may feel out of their comfort zones.
FlexCare is compatible with a variety of EHR systems and currently supports integration with Epic Min SP and Systematic Columna Cure
Security
Safety is paramount with FlexCare. The tablet automatically locks down and deletes user data after each session. Alternatively, it can be set up with a personal login that is deleted when changing patients. The system is of course GDPR-compliant and supports the hospitals’ MDM systems.
If the customer uses a different MDM system, PowerNet (our partner) will seek to find a way to adapt it to FlexCare Tablet
