Continuous digital follow-up for chronic or recovering patients. The FlexCare HUB integrates wireless devices and behavioral sensors to track vital signs and daily activity, ensuring early detection of changes

Hospital Home Admission

Full hospital admission at home with 24/7 monitoring, clinical alerts, and immediate access to nurses and physicians through virtual rounds — mirroring in-hospital safety and routines. (e.g. same escalation protocols, nurse rounds, physician engagement)

FlexCare transforms the traditional hospital ward into a safe, connected home environment. It enables hospitals to deliver virtual eConsultations — digital ward rounds that mirror in-hospital workflows — while maintaining full clinical oversight through secure video, messaging, and integrated data.

At the heart of the system is the FlexCare tablet, which functions as a central HUB for connected medical devices and behavioral sensors. This allows continuous monitoring of vital signs and patient wellbeing, giving clinicians real-time insight into trends and early warnings of clinical change.

By combining structured home admission, 24/7 monitoring, and interoperable diagnostics, FlexCare supports earlier discharge, reduces readmissions, and empowers patients to recover safely in their own homes — always in touch with their clinical team.
